Abdus Salam, 31 years old, visited me on 21st April 1998 for his cold, coughing, wheezing, and breathing difficulty. Due to his continuous cough, he suffers from tiredness, sore throat, nasal congestion, and chest discomfort. He has endured pain for 3 years.
He coughs at the slightest exposure to cold weather, drinks chilled water, or eats cold food. He enjoys foods that are spicy and salty. He has an intense fear of dogs. I selected three rubrics from the Kent repertory, namely. Fear of dogs, craving for salt, and tendency to catch cold easily. Following repertorization, only Causticum and Tuberculinum came as a result.
April 21, 1998: I administered Tuberculinum 200/4 doses along with sac lac for 14 days due to a significant family history since both of his parents had tuberculosis. After that, the patient had not reached out to me for 4 years.
March 12, 2002: He reached out to me once again with identical symptoms, and I merely prescribed the same medication, after which he remained silent for another 12 years. Recently, he approached me with another patient and stated that he had no issues following the second prescription. He has been okay until today.
