A patient named S Sekh, 42 years old, visited me on 3rd January 2014 to discuss his issue. He exhibited inflammation and swelling due to the development of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue beneath the skin on the left side of the penis. He experienced pain primarily during erections, accompanied by a firm swelling on the left side of his organ for two months. Traditional medicine for two months showed no results, so he sought help from homeopathy. He exhibited additional symptoms that assisted in choosing the homeopathic remedy.
- He experienced excessive sweating.
- He enjoyed sweets and meat.
- He experienced worry regarding his family and a deep sorrow for the wrongdoings he committed in his youth.
- He constantly reflected on his unpleasant experiences from the past.
I used the subsequent rubric for repertorization:
- Continues to dwell on unpleasant events
- concerns about others and sorrow from previous wrongdoings.
These three signs pointed to staphysagria.
January 3, 2014: He received a prescription for staphysagria 30/6 doses three times a day for 2 days, in addition to a placebo for 14 days. The patient remained quiet for 40 days since he felt better by at least 60%.
February 13, 2014: I administered staphysagria 30/6 doses again and nihilinum for 14 days. Once again, the patient remained quiet since he had no issues whatsoever.
May 22, 2014: I reached out to the patient via phone, and he was doing well at that time. He experiences no issues whatsoever.
