    Once a consultation, treatment package, or medicine order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Patients are requested to book carefully before confirming appointments or making purchases.
  3. No Refunds
    Payments made for consultations, treatment packages, or medicines are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including partial use or non-use of booked services.
  4. No Returns
    For health and safety reasons, medicines once dispensed cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures quality control and prevents risks related to tampered or improperly stored medicines.
  5. Exceptional Cases
    Refunds or adjustments will only be considered in rare cases of duplicate payment or technical errors. Patients must report such issues within seven working days for resolution.
  6. Acceptance of Policy
    By using our services and purchasing medicines, you accept this policy. We advise patients to review details carefully before confirming bookings or buying medicines.
